INSURANCE:

The insurances I accept are:

-Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield: I accept most types of Regence plans, even if they originate in another state. I will simply need to verify your benefits before we start to ensure coverage.

-Pacific Source 

-Aetna

-Samaritan 

-Approved affiliates of Cambia Health Solutions (including Bridgespan and the Peace Health Network).

Oregon Health Plan/Medicaid: ONLY FOR OPEN CARD FFS [Fee for Service] clients: I am only covered for Fee for Services clients [FFS] or Open Card clients. If you have a Coordinated Care Organization [CCO] managing your OHP [like Health Share or Care Oregon] I am NOT covered. Please contact your CCO to find providers who are covered for your plan. I unfortunately do NOT accept Medicare.

 I will need to verify that I am an in-network provider for your coverage before we start working together. You will be responsible for your copay as determined by your insurance company, as well as for any missed appointments.

IF I AM OUT OF YOUR INSURANCE NETWORK: You can pay me directly and I can provide you with paperwork to submit to your insurance company, so that they can reimburse you according to your policy at the out-of-network rate for our sessions.

OUT OF POCKET FEES:

Individuals:  $115-160/ hour sliding scale [lower sliding scale spots may be available on a limited basis- please ask me if this would make therapy accessible to you]

Couples:  $130-$175/hour or $195-$260 for an hour and a half [lower sliding scale spots may be available on a limited basis]

*Free Initial Consult Meetings Available:

Before you schedule a full paid session, you may want to come in and meet me to get a sense of what I offer and for me to learn about your goals, to see if we are a good fit. These sessions will not begin therapeutic work, but will give you a taste of how I will work with you. You may elect also to start with a full paid session, where we do begin therapeutic work, and decide after if you would like to continue.

-Individuals: Free 30 minute initial meeting

Couples: Free 45 minute initial meeting

Payment

 Payment can be made using cash or check (preferred methods), credit card, or via Pay Pal through the link below (scroll down below the contact section), or via Venmo. If you pay for sessions via PayPal, Venmo, or credit card, I charge a $3 service fee (for balances under $100) and a $5 fee (for balances of $100 or greater) [to cover the fee they charge me to use this service].

Cancellation Policy

I ask for 48 hours notice to cancel an appointment, or else the full session fee will be charged, regardless of the reason for cancellation. There are some extenuating circumstances (for example, severe illness or unsafe weather conditions) in which I may charge half the fee.

I do not see clients when they are under the influence of an unprescribed  substance. If you attend a session under the influence you  will not be seen that day, and will need to reschedule, and will be responsible for paying for that session.

If you pay for sessions via PayPal or credit card, I charge a $3 service fee per transaction under $100 and a $5 fee for transactions $100 or greater. This is to cover the fee they charge me to use this service, and to offer you the convenience of paying with a credit card.
