OTHER THERAPISTS TO CONTACT WHO MAY HAVE OPENINGS

I recommend therapists affiliated with the META Training center [a mindfulness based and Hakomi (somatic) therapy modality]: [SCROLL DOWN TO THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE TO SEE THEIR AFFILIATED PRACTITIONERS and click on the + sign]: https://meta-trainings.com/people/ ]. There is also affordable somatic therapy through the META clinic  [they offer $40-$70 individual sessions and $50-$80/couple or family session ]. They work in the Hakomi somatic/mindfulness oriented style, and you are counseled by well-supervised skilled intern therapists.

I also recommend therapists and practitioners who are certified Somatic Experiencing®  (SE) Practitioners. OUT OF POCKET FEES:

Adult Individuals (ages 18 and up):  $120-160/ hour sliding scale

INSURANCE

The insurances I accept are below. Please make sure your insurance plan covers outpatient professional mental health counseling.

-Regence [Blue Cross Blue Shield, Blue Card etc.: I take most Regence or Blue Cross Blue Shield plans, even if they originate out of state]

I will need to verify that I am an in-network provider for your coverage before we start working together. You will be responsible for your copay and/or session costs as determined by your insurance company, as well as for any missed appointments.

IF I AM OUT OF YOUR INSURANCE NETWORK: You can pay me directly and I can provide you with paperwork to submit to your insurance company, so that they can reimburse you according to your policy at the out-of-network rate for our sessions.

*Free Initial Consult Meetings Available:

Before you schedule a full paid session, we will set up a free 15 minute phone call to get a sense of your goals and for me to assess whether I am a good fit for the support you’re wanting. After that, you may want to come in and meet me in person before scheduling a full paid session. These sessions will not begin therapeutic work, but will give you a taste of how I will work with you. You may elect also to start with a full paid session, where we do begin therapeutic work, and decide after if you would like to continue.

Payment

Payment can be made using cash or check (preferred methods), credit card, or via Pay Pal through the link below (scroll down below the contact section), or via Venmo. If you pay for sessions via PayPal or credit card, I charge a $3 service fee (for balances under $100) and a $5 fee (for balances of $100 or greater) [to cover the fee they charge me to use this service]. If you pay with Venmo, there is no service fee.

Cancellation Policy

I ask for 48 hours notice to cancel an appointment, or else the full session fee will be charged, regardless of the reason for cancellation. There are some extenuating circumstances (for example, life threatening medial issue or unsafe weather conditions) in which I may charge half the fee.

I do not see clients when they are under the influence of an unprescribed  substance. If you attend a session under the influence you  will not be seen that day, and will need to reschedule, and will be responsible for paying for that session.

Providing Letters/Paperwork Policy

If you request supporting documentation (letters written on your behalf), I charge a fee of $40/hour. I am only able to provide clinical perspective based on my direct experience in session with you, including diagnosis, treatment goals, course of treatment and treatment plans, and session dates. I am not qualified to provide custody recommendations or parenting evaluations, evaluations of disability, or evaluate the necessity of work accommodations.

If you pay for sessions via PayPal or credit card, I charge a $3 service fee per transaction under $100 and a $5 fee for transactions $100 or greater.
