Location: 2304 E Burnside St #104, Portland, OR 97214 [Cross street: SE 24th St.]
(619) 289-7604 firstname.lastname@example.org
Hours: Mondays, Tuesdays, & Thursdays: 9am-6pm, Fridays 9-5pm
OUT OF POCKET FEES:
Individuals: $120-160/ hour sliding scale
The insurances I accept are:
-Approved affiliates of Cambia Health Solutions (including Bridgespan and the Peace Health Network).
-Medicaid/Fee for Service/Open Card through Oregon Health Plan: If you have a Coordinated Care Organization [CCO] managing your OHP [like Health Share or Care Oregon] I am NOT covered. Please contact your CCO to find providers who are covered for your plan. I unfortunately do NOT accept Medicare.
-Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield: I accept most types of Regence plans, even if they originate in another state.
-Samaritan Plans (and Reliant Behavioral Health)
I will need to verify that I am an in-network provider for your coverage before we start working together. You will be responsible for your copay as determined by your insurance company, as well as for any missed appointments.
IF I AM OUT OF YOUR INSURANCE NETWORK: You can pay me directly and I can provide you with paperwork to submit to your insurance company, so that they can reimburse you according to your policy at the out-of-network rate for our sessions.
*Free Initial Consult Meetings Available:
Before you schedule a full paid session, we will set up a free 15 minute phone call to get a sense of your goals and for me to assess whether I am a good fit for the support you’re wanting. After that, you may want to come in and meet me in person before scheduling a full paid session. These sessions will not begin therapeutic work, but will give you a taste of how I will work with you. You may elect also to start with a full paid session, where we do begin therapeutic work, and decide after if you would like to continue.
-Individuals: Free 30 minute initial meeting
I ask for 48 hours notice to cancel an appointment, or else the full session fee will be charged, regardless of the reason for cancellation. There are some extenuating circumstances (for example, life threatening medial issue or unsafe weather conditions) in which I may charge half the fee.
I do not see clients when they are under the influence of an unprescribed substance. If you attend a session under the influence you will not be seen that day, and will need to reschedule, and will be responsible for paying for that session.

Pay For Your Session Online Using PayPal
If you pay for sessions via PayPal or credit card, I charge a $3 service fee per transaction under $100 and a $5 fee for transactions $100 or greater. OTHER THERAPISTS TO CONTACT WHO MAY HAVE OPENINGS
I recommend therapists affiliated with the META Training center [a mindfulness based and Hakomi (somatic) therapy modality]: [SCROLL DOWN TO THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE TO SEE THEIR AFFILIATED PRACTITIONERS: https://meta-trainings.com/people/ ]. There is also affordable somatic therapy through the META clinic [they offer $40 sessions ]. They work in the Hakomi somatic style and you are counseled by well-supervised skilled intern therapists.
I also recommend therapists and practitioners who are certified Somatic Experiencing® (SE) Practitioners. They have expert skill in helping with chronic pain, illness, and trauma as well as other issues in a more body oriented approach. Here is a link to SE practitioners in Portland (I recommend choosing a fully certified SE practitioner) : https://sepractitioner.membergrove.com/search-directory.php?sb=zip&z=97214&r=25
